Building An Effective IEP/504

We are excited to announce our upcoming Parent Focus Group Meeting, "Building an Effective IEP: How to build an IEP that Meets the Unique Needs of Your Child?" This meeting will provide information and tools to help parents understand and develop a purposeful IEP/504 for their child.

​​​​You can expect to discuss the following:

• Understanding "EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION"

• How to "PLAN" for an IEP/504 meeting

• How to Avoid the "PITFALLS"

Live in Charlotte Mecklenburg or surrounding areas? We strongly encourage attending this meeting in-person. Childcare provided as a convenience to parents attending in person.  Light refreshments will be provided and a gift card will be given to the first few PARENTS who register to attend IN-PERSON and SHOW UP!!!

For those interested in attending, but cannot attend in-person, we are also offering it virtually for those who do not live in Mecklenburg county.

Registration is a MUST regardless of how you plan to attend.
